On the threshold of the fourth industrial revolution, humanity is about to change once more. Will we, someday, open the wardrobe and think about which body to take out today? With our bones as contemporary witnesses and together with the audience, the artistic team rummage through the past, the present and possible future scenarios. BONES dares to take stock of the human evolution in a skeptical, bizarre, speculative, emotional manner and works itself into the human chassis with delight and different point of views. Of flesh and blood, right to the bones, so to speak.

Publikumskommentar: Es ist selten, dass Erwachsene wirklich staunen. Mir ist es bei BONES passiert. Gleich zwei Mal. So etwas Schönes habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich möchte es noch einmal sehen und Freunde mitnehmen. Danke für die beiden wunderbaren Abende in der Roten Fabrik.

An der Schwelle zur vierten industriellen Revolution, ist die Menschheit wiederum im Begriff sich zu wandeln. Werden wir eines Tages aufstehen, den Schrank öffnen und uns überlegen, welchen Körper wir heute ausführen möchten? Mithilfe unserer Knochen als Zeitzeugen und zusammen mit dem Publikum, stöbert BONES in der Vergangenheit, der Gegenwart und in möglichen Zukunftsszenarien herum und wagt eine skeptisch-skurril-spekulativ-emotionale Bestandsaufnahme zur menschlichen Evolution und arbeitet sich lustvoll und aus verschiedenen Perspektiven in das menschliche Fahrgestell hinein. Aus Fleisch und Blut, bis auf die Knochen quasi.

 Avec bones, le collectif d’artistes spécialement créé pour cette production et composé d’Andrea Boll (bollwerk), de Sonja Rocha et Roman Glaser (Glassstone Productions), d’Elina Müller Meyer ainsi que de Fabien Sevilla (Les Proliféric’s Associés) se propose de sonder le passé, le présent et les potentiels scénarios d’avenir avec le public. Il s’intéresse au bouleversement de l’évolution humaine, explore avec volupté et de diverses perspectives notre anatomie et ose, le temps d’une production, en faire un bilan à la fois sceptique, bizarre, spéculatif et émotionnel. Les os du squelette humain donnent la direction, de la chair au sang, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne reste plus que les os.
