This class explores dropping, falling, and leaping through visualising the center line, using spatial inclination to create suspension, and exploring spatial patterns, vectors, and planes for inner (within the body) and outer (in space) orientation.

A special focus is placed on in-depth work with the iliopsoas—the muscular center connecting breath, posture, and movement. Through activation, stretching, and strengthening exercises, participants can develop sustainable movement initiation from the center and a more refined understanding of coordination, connection, and flow. The aim is to cultivate an economical and dynamic full-body movement quality that deepens joy in movement, presence, and freedom in dancing, while also contributing to long-term physical well-being and injury prevention.
